MBC All-Church Campout at Lake Sallateeska
Over Labor Day Weekend each year, we hold our All-Church Campout. This year it will be at Lake Sallateeska again. The Sallateeska Inn also has a large conference room built to hold 60 people and features a kitchen area and a fireplace.
The campout is held Friday, Saturday & Sunday with departure on Monday. You can choose to stay 1, 2, or all 3 nights. In The Sallateeska Inn, there are motel style rooms with 2 double beds and a bath. There are also RV camping pads and tent camping areas to rent as well.
If you don't want to stay overnight, feel free to come and join in the fun during the day activities. If you plan on joining in the group meals, you must attend the food planning meeting to notify them of your eating food and find out what you owe.
Sunday PM Worship Service
On Sunday evening, the church as a whole comes together for an all-church potluck and worship service. The church will provide hamburgers and hot dogs and drinks and everyone brings a dish or dessert to share. If needed, the church bus will bring church members who didn't spend the weekend to the campout to join in the Sunday Evening Activities.
